- MEMBER PLAYING SESSIONS
Apart from the times listed on the calendar , the courts are available to members at all remaining times. After forty minutes please conclude your game and allow those waiting onto the court. Seniors only have precedence over juniors on weekends and during school holidays. Junior members under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Individuals who cannot display a membership card will be asked to vacate the court. - PUBLIC PLAYING SESSIONS
One court is available to the general public on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays. These sessions can be firmly booked by advance payment of £3.00 per session with Judith Finlay on 01444 811 603, Rosebay, Deanland Road, Balcombe. Racquets and balls are available for hire. Cash and cheques only, please! Full membership becomes payable after 5 sessions. - DRESS
Any sportswear is acceptable. Footwear should be appropriate sports footwear with a soft sole which will not damage the court surface. Moulded sole or astro-turf football boots are strictly verboten. - GENERAL
All members should refrain from using language or behaviour which may cause offence to other members, or neighbours of the Club. Also please take care when retrieving tennis balls from the surrounding hedges and ask permission from neighbours before retrieving balls from their property. Please be considerate to the players who use the court after you—dispose of your litter in the provided bin and wipe mud off your shoes before entering the courts. If you use the club house facilities, please tidy up and lock up after use. Please do not climb over the fence. If you are a paid-up member, you should have ready access to the court. - VISITORS
Visitors are non-members who are accompanied by a host member. Visitors are asked to comply with these Regulations. The host member is responsible for ensuring that Visitors’ Fees of £3.00 per session are paid. Visitors who have not paid the fees will be asked to leave the court.
