Dear [NAME],
The Key-code to the Tennis Club's Courts has changed!
As from tonight, the key-code is 2008. Should you ever forget it, you can view it on the Club Website.
Of course, you need to log in to the website first before you can view the key-code (we don't want the whole world to know now, do we?)
A request regarding your responsibilities as a Club Member - Please:
- Lock the gate if you are the last person off the courts
- Do not disclose the key code to anyone
Help! I forgot my Tennis Club Website Password!
If you have lost or have forgotten your password, there are two ways to get a new password:
1. The Easy Way
Send an email to webmaster@balcombetennisclub.co.uk (just click on the email address here and your email program should do the rest). You will receive an email within the day with your new password.
2. The DIY Way (for the techy-savy)
This process is by far the most secure since the final password is never actually seen in the clear in an email or otherwise.
Request a new password by choosing the Lost Password?
function in the login box (bottom left) on the main page of the Club Website. You will be asked to enter your username and your email address shown above. Click on the Send Password link. A new, computer-generated password will be created and emailed to you immediately. You should change this emailed password to something more memorable as follows:
- Log in to the Club Website with your username and the new emailed password
- Click on the Change Password link that appears when you have logged in
- Type in your preferred password
- Type in your preferred password again to confirm
- You can also change your username and your preferred email address here if you want to
- Click on the 'Save' icon (a picture of a floppy disk)
If you have questions, please email the webmaster at webmaster@balcombetennisclub.co.uk
Best Regards,
Gerrit Hoekstra (El Webmaestro)
