HOWTO Contact other Balcombe Tennis Club members

As a Club member, you are free to contact other club members for a game of tennis. We offer this as a service to facilitate the social aspect of our Club: Your contact details and that of other club members are on display on the Club website. Remember: Only fellow Club members who are logged in to this website can see your contact details and only if you are logged in can you see anyone else's. We would like to assure you that your contact details are secure with us and that only your name, telephone number and email address is visible to registered Club members.

You can contact other Tennis Club members by logging in on our Club Website (bottom left on the main page). Once you have done so, you will have the ability to contact other Club members in order to  arrange a game of Tennis etc. Hopefully you will find the rest of the process of contacting other Club members intuitive, but if you are unsure, have a look at the instructions here.

Help! I have forgotten my username and password! 

If you have lost or have forgotten your login credentials, you can request a new password by choosing the Lost Password? function (or follow this link). You will be asked to enter your username and your email address.

Your username is [USERNAME] and your email address by which you are known is [EMAIL].

If indeed you are a registered Balcombe Tennis Club member, a new password will be created and emailed to you. This happens within seconds of you having requested a new password so watch your email. Remember to then immediately log in with the new password and to change it to something memorable using the Change Password function (and of course to keep your new password safe and from preying eyes).
